Client Service Managers compare notes on those of you who plan account transfers or special distributions, to make sure that every part of the process goes smoothly. Mike gives a briefing on market activity and helps the team prepare for questions when you call. Mike then trains the team on a new investment strategy he has been studying. Each staff member learns from the other, and affirms how important everyone is to the success of our clients.
